Stephens Lake Activity Center Open House

COLUMBIA, MO (March 25, 2008) - Columbia Parks and Recreation is
holding an open house at the Stephens Lake Activity Center from 2 to 7
p.m. on Wednesday, April 2. The facility is located at 2311 E Walnut
St., across from Stephens Lake Park. 

The Parks and Recreation programs formerly located at the Parkade
Center are now located at the new Activity Center. 

The public is invited to tour the new location and learn about parks
and recreation programs, including life enrichment classes for all ages,
50+ programs, preschool aged programs and more. Entertainment,
demonstrations and refreshments will be provided.
