Register now for Summer Active Kids Club

COLUMBIA, MO (May 23, 2008) - Registration is going on now for the
Columbia Parks and Recreation Department’s Active Kids Club, a
half-day summer camp for children entering third through eighth grades
in the fall. 

Children will be able to participate in organized sport activities such
as soccer, basketball, hockey, kickball, swimming, flag football and
more! The Active Kids Club will meet from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. Mondays
through Thursdays at these sites:

June 9-12 Oakland Park
June 23-26 Fairview Park
July 7-10 Cosmo-Bethel Park
July 14-17 Oakland Park
July 21-24 Fairview Park
Aug. 4-7 Cosmo-Bethel Park

The cost is $25 per child for one week. Children may bring a snack and
drink. To register or for more information, please call 874-7460.
