Flu Vaccination Schedule

COLUMBIA, MO (October 1, 2008) - Please be aware of changes to this
year’s flu vaccination policy and schedule. The health department has
NO high-risk restrictions on this year’s vaccine; all citizens are
welcome at any of the following flu clinics. Additionally, to better
serve residents, certain flu clinics run into the evening hours.

Mass flu clinics will be held at the Columbia/Boone County Department
of Public Health and Human Services, located at 1005 West Worley in
Columbia, on the following dates:
Tuesday, Oct. 14, from 8-11 a.m.
Wednesday, Oct. 15, from 1-6 p.m.
Monday, Oct. 20, from 2-7 p.m.

Flu vaccinations will be available during the regularly scheduled rural
health clinics on the following dates:
Thursday, Oct. 9, from 10-11 a.m. at the Hallsville City Hall
Thursday, Oct. 9, from noon-1 p.m. at the Harrisburg Christian Church
Thursday, Oct. 9, from 2-3 p.m. at the Rocheport Senior Housing
Thursday, Oct. 16, from 10-11 a.m. at the Centralia Senior Center
Thursday, Oct. 16, from noon-1:30 p.m. at the Boone County offices in
Centralia
Thursday, Oct. 16, from 2:30-3:30 p.m. at the Sturgeon Senior Center
Thursday, Oct. 23, from 9-10 a.m. at the Hartsburg American Legion
Hall
Thursday, Oct. 23, from 11 a.m.-noon at the Ashland Senior Center

Other clinic dates include:
Wednesday, Oct. 22, from 4-6:30 p.m. at the Ashland Optimist Building
Tuesday, Nov. 4, from 7 a.m.-7 p.m. at the Columbia/Boone County
Department of Public Health
