What: “Keys to the City: A Civic Awareness Fair” 
Councilman Karl Skala invites Third Ward residents and others to drop
in and share opinions, ideas and concerns.

When: This Saturday, Oct. 18
The “fair” from 9 a.m.- noon & “office hours” from 9-10:30
a.m.

Where: The ARC, 1701 W. Ash St.
