Delineators placed on Broadway

(Columbia, MO) -- The city of Columbia Traffic Division will install
delineators on Broadway from Providence to Second Street on Sunday,
Sept. 21, between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m., weather permitting.

The delineators are yellow plastic tubes with reflective collars, which
will not allow for left-hand turns when traveling west on Broadway, west
of Providence Road. The delineators are being placed as a result of
numerous accidents at this intersection. The south side of the westbound
lane on Broadway, from Providence to Second Street, will be closed while
the delineators are being placed. The project is expected to only take
one day.

Anyone having questions related to the maintenance work planned should
contact the Traffic Division at (573) 874-6292.
