City manager's news conference 9:30 a.m. Thursday

COLUMBIA, MO (June 30, 2009) - 

When:	Thursday, July 2 - 9:30 a.m. 
*Press conference on Thursday instead of Friday, as city offices will
be closed July 3 in observance of the Independence Day holiday.

Where:	City Council Chamber, 4th floor, Daniel Boone Building, 701 E.
Broadway

What:	City Manager Bill Watkins will provide updates on city
activities and review the July 6 City Council agenda.

Notes:	Council agenda and support materials will be available online at
www.GoColumbiaMo.com after 8:30 a.m., July 2. In addition to coverage on
the City Channel, City Council meetings are now broadcast on live
streaming video through CityStream.
