COLUMBIA, MO – Columbia Parks and Recreation is hosting a Twin Lakes
Dog Park planning meeting at 5:30 p.m., Wednesday, October 28 at the
shelter at Twin Lakes Recreation Area, 2500 Chapel Hill Road. The
following items will be discussed: 

●	Short-term winter use of the Twin Lakes Dog Park (safety
measures to prevent dogs from falling through the ice)
●	Long-term plans for the Twin Lakes Dog Park
●	Establish rules and regulations for fenced dog parks 

The public is invited to attend and offer input on these dog park
issues. For more information, contact the Parks and Recreation
Department at 874-7460.
