When: The city manager’s news update will be held Thursday, Dec. 30, at
9:30 a.m. 
 
Where: Conference room 1A, first floor of City Hall, 701 E. Broadway
 
What: City Manager Bill Watkins will provide updates on city activities
and review the City Council agenda for Monday, Jan. 3.
 
Notes: Council agenda and support materials will be available online at
