City Web site and phones to be down temporarily tomorrow 

COLUMBIA, MO (January 26, 2010) - Due to scheduled maintenance, there
will be an interruption of all city Internet and phone services
Wednesday evening from 6 p.m. to midnight. E-mail and access to the
city’s Web site (including online utility payment) will be impacted.
The outage is necessary to upgrade the network's core switch and connect
it to the second core for the new building. This will affect all city
departments and buildings, however, 9-1-1 service will be available.
