Crew to overlay Starke Avenue
        
 (COLUMBIA, MO) – The city of Columbia Public Works Department announces that beginning Friday, July 9, at 7 a.m., the Street Division will overlay Starke Avenue from Brown Station Road to Brown School Road, weather permitting. This work will result in temporary lane restrictions. The work should be completed and the road fully reopened the same day by 3:30 p.m., weather permitting. Motorists and pedestrians are urged to exercise extreme caution when in the construction area and use an alternate route whenever possible.
