Ballenger Lane closure 
       
 (COLUMBIA, MO) – The city of Columbia Public Works Department
announces that beginning Monday, June 21, at 7 a.m., Emery Sapp & Sons
Inc. will begin construction of a new roundabout at Ballenger Lane and
Mexico Gravel Road. 
This work will result in a 30-day road closure of Ballenger Lane at the
intersection of Mexico Gravel Road. The work will be completed and the
road fully reopened by July 20. This is part of the $4.4 million
expansion project for Mexico Gravel Road, from Vandiver to Route PP.
Motorists, pedestrians and cyclists will need to use an alternate
route.
