US Cellular® Movies in the Park Returns for 2010
 
Don’t miss a community event that is fun for all ages! The US
Cellular®Movies in the Park series will feature one movie per month
this summer at FlatBranchPark, starting May 14. 
 
The movies, shown on a giant inflatable screen, resemble a drive-in
without cars, yet offers better sound, soft grass, and the gorgeous
stars above.  Grab a blanket or low lawn chair and head out for an
unforgettable evening of cinema.
 
Friday, May 14, 8:45 pm-UP (PG) By tying thousands of balloons to his
home, 78-year-old Carl Fredricksen sets out to fulfill his lifelong
dream to see the wilds of South America. Right after lifting off,
however, he learns he isn't alone on his journey, since Russell, a
wilderness explorer 70 years his junior, has inadvertently become a
stowaway on the trip.
 
Pre-show activities will start at 8 p.m.
 
Admission price is $1 per person; children 12 and under are free.
Concessions will be available. There are no rain dates.
