City Council Work Session on Electric Transmission Route Alternatives
 
COLUMBIA, MO (November 11, 2010) - 
 
When: Monday, Nov. 22, starting at 6 p.m.
 
Where: Council Chamber, City Hall, 701 E. Broadway
 
What: 
• City staff will brief City Council members on a substation and transmission line project proposed for the southwest part of Columbia.
• Public is invited to attend and listen to the discussion, the process normally used for work sessions.
• Public comments are being collected and will be shared with Council members. Continuing opportunities for citizens to voice their opinions will be scheduled.
• Session will be broadcast live on the City Channel (Mediacom Ch. 80; Charter Ch. 2; CenturyLink Ch. 601).
