What: Councilwoman Barbara Hoppe invites Sixth Ward residents and others to drop in and share questions, opinions, ideas and concerns. 
 
When: Sunday, Oct. 3, 12-1 p.m.
 
Where: Uprise Bakery at Ragtag Cinema on Hitt Street
