Sewer work in first alley north of Broadway

COLUMBIA, MO (October 6, 2011) - The city of Columbia Public Works Department will begin sewer repairs in the first alley north of Broadway, between Fifth and Sixth streets, on Saturday, Oct. 8, at 12:30 p.m. The alley will be closed to all thru traffic during the repairs. 

Buildings along the alley will still be accessible via the alley entrance on Sixth Street. The work is expected to be completed by Monday, Oct. 10, at 5 p.m., weather permitting. If the work is postponed due to inclement weather, it will be rescheduled at a later date.
