Planning Meeting Set for Twin Lakes Recreation Area

COLUMBIA, MO (September 2, 2011) - Columbia Parks and Recreation is hosting an interested parties meeting on September 15 for proposed improvements to the Twin Lakes Recreation Area. This meeting will specifically address proposed improvements to the shelter and aquatic areas.

The public is invited to drop in and comment on the proposed improvements from 6 to 7 p.m. on the 15th at the ARC, 1701 W. Ash.

Twin Lakes improvements are budgeted in the City's Capital Improvement Program in fiscal years 2012-13.
