Ash Street between St. Joseph and College - Closed for Water Line Work

COLUMBIA, MO (August 7, 2012) - Columbia Public Works announces that Ash Street between St. Joseph and College Ave will be closed beginning at 8:00 am on Wednesday, August 8 to allow a private contractor to install a water line connection to the Brookside Apartment building.

The work is scheduled to be completed and the roadway open by Friday, August 9, weather permitting.

Motorist, cyclist, and pedestrians should use alternate routes and use caution in the construction area.
