COLUMBIA, MO (February 6, 2012) - The city's Office of Cultural Affairs (OCA), previously located in the Gentry Building at 1 S. Seventh St., has relocated to the Walton Building, 300 S. Providence. All phone and email contact information for the OCA remains the same.
