Section of Locust Street closed on Wednesday

COLUMBIA, MO (July 10, 2012) - Electric crews will be upgrading an electric service line for Lee Expressive Arts Elementary School on Wednesday, July 11 from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm. The new line will be run underground which will require the closure of Locust Street between College Avenue and Waugh Street. Motorists will be detoured around the block.
