Line striping city streets

COLUMBIA, MO (June 6, 2012) - The City of Columbia Public Works Department announces that crews will "re-stripe" lines on city streets June 7 through June 29. Crews will mark lanes from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, weather permitting.

This work will be done throughout the city. Motorists encountering the paint-striping equipment should avoid crossing freshly-painted lines and should not follow the equipment too closely.
