Street Maintenance

COLUMBIA, MO (June 25, 2012) - The City of Columbia Public Works Department announces that the Street Division will perform chip seal maintenance from 7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 26, on the following streets, weather permitting:

*Greenwood Court from Greenwood Court to Greenwood Avenue

*Westwinds Drive from Greenwood Avenue to West Boulevard

*Red Castle Court from south end to Strathmore Drive

*Strathmore Drive from Whitekirk Drive to Highlands Parkway

*Rollins Road from Maplewood Drive to East Rockcreek Drive

*Cook Avenue from Sexton Road to Donnelly Avenue

*Duncan Street from McBaine Avenue to Banks Avenue

This work will result in temporary lane restrictions on the streets listed above. The work should be completed and the streets fully reopened by 3:30 p.m., weather permitting. Parking will be restricted on each street during this period. Motorists and pedestrians are urged to exercise extreme caution when in the construction area and use an alternate route whenever possible.
