Line striping city streets

COLUMBIA, MO (May 10, 2012) - The Public Works Department announces that crews began restriping lines on city streets May 7 and will continue through May 25. Crews will mark lanes from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, weather permitting. This work will be done throughout the city. Motorists encountering the paint-striping equipment should avoid crossing freshly painted lines and should not follow the equipment too closely.
