Sidewalk closure on Hitt Street

COLUMBIA, MO (May 15, 2012) - The city of Columbia announces that on Thursday, May 17, Hubert Builders will close the sidewalk on the west side of Hitt Street, from Broadway south to the alley between Broadway and Cherry Street, weather permitting. The closure is to allow for waterproofing of the building at the southwest corner of Hitt and Broadway. This sidewalk closure is expected to last two weeks. Pedestrians are advised to avoid the area and detour around Hitt and Broadway.
