8th Street Closure on Mnday, September 17

COLUMBIA, MO (September 12, 2012) - Columbia Public Works announces that 8th Street between Walnut Street and Landmark Bank will be closed from 8 am to 12 noon on Monday, September 17.

The closure will affect the east (8th Street) entrance of the 7th and Walnut Parking Garage. Patrons will need to use the west (7th Street) entrance during the closure.

The driveway on the north-side of City Hall will remain open as will the 8th Street parking lot entrance to Landmark Bank.

Motorist, cyclist, and pedestrians are urged to find alternate routes and use caution in the construction areas.

Closure dates and times are weather dependent.
