Sidewalk in the 800 Block of Cherry Closed for Emergency Repairs

COLUMBIA, MO (September 24, 2012) - Columbia Public Works announces that the sidewalk on the south-side of the 800 block of Cherry Street will be closed today, Monday, September 24 to effect emergency repairs due to a water line break this weekend.

The closure is expected to last only one day and the sidewalk is scheduled to be reopened later today.

Pedestrians, motorist, and cyclist are urged to use caution in the area. Thank you for your patience.
