Washington Ave Lane Closure - Monday, April 15

COLUMBIA, MO (April 10, 2013) - The City of Columbia Public Works Department announced today that beginning Monday, April 15, at 7:00 a.m., Seth Paul Excavating Inc. will begin work to place a sanitary sewer lateral and tap at 606 Washington Avenue.  This work will result in a northbound lane closure of Washington Avenue between Hickman Avenue and Dysart Street. The work should be completed and the road fully reopened Tuesday, April 16, 2013, by 4:00p.m., weather permitting.

Motorists and pedestrians are urged to exercise extreme caution when in the construction area and use an alternate route whenever possible.
