S. 8th Street Sidewalk Closure and Lane Restrictions

COLUMBIA, MO (April 17, 2013) - (Columbia, MO) The City of Columbia Public Works Department announced today that beginning Thursday, April 18, 2013, at 7:00 a.m. Columbia Hotel Investments will begin work on a streetscape project at 23 S. 8 th Street. This work will result in a temporary lane restriction and sidewalk closures on 8th Street between 8th Street alley and Cherry St. The work should be completed and the road and sidewalk fully reopened in mid-May.

Motorists and pedestrians are urged to exercise extreme caution when in the construction area and use an alternate route whenever possible.
