Beverly Drive Closure - August 13 through 14

COLUMBIA, MO (August 9, 2013) - The City of Columbia Public Works Department announced today that beginning Tuesday, August 13, at 7:00 a.m. Emery Sapp & Sons, Inc., contractor for MoDOT will begin construction on a storm sewer system on Beverly Drive. 

This work will create a road closure on Beverly Drive between I-70 Drive SW and Bernadette Drive.  The work is scheduled to be completed and the road fully reopened by 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 14, weather permitting.

This closure will also affect Columbia Transit Route 103W. A detour map for the route is attached.

Motorists and pedestrians are urged to exercise extreme caution when in the construction area, use an alternate route whenever possible, and expect delays.

Thank you for your patience during this project to improve traffic flow in the Stadium Blvd corridor.
