Scott Blvd section to c;ose on August 14 for bridge repairs

COLUMBIA, MO (August 9, 2013) - The City of Columbia Public Works Department announced today that beginning Wednesday, August 14, at 7:00 a.m.  Boone County Public Works crews will begin making repairs to the bridge deck over Mill Creek on Scott Blvd. between Copperstone Creek Drive and Stone Grove Court.  The work is scheduled to be completed and the road fully reopened on August 14, by 7:00 p.m., weather peremitting.

Motorists and pedestrians are urged to exercise extreme caution when in the construction area and use an alternate route whenever possible.
