Councilman Thomas will meet with Fourth Ward residents this weekend

COLUMBIA, MO (August 29, 2013) - Fourth Ward City Councilman Ian Thomas will be available to meet with constituents from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 31, at Dunn Brothers Coffee, 1412 Forum Blvd. No appointment is necessary.
