Dusting of snow covers roadways - Columbia Public Works activates crews

COLUMBIA, MO (December 8, 2013) - A light dusting of snow overnight has provided Columbia with it's first snow of the season which covered the roadways.

A 7 person crew is out on 1st and 2nd priority routes applying treatment.

While the snow is very light, some slickness has been reported. Motorist are urged to use caution especially on bridges and secondary roads.
