Paperless billing feature offered for new online utility billing system

COLUMBIA, MO (December 19, 2013) - On Sept. 16, the city introduced a new online utility billing system designed to make it easier for customers to pay bills and manage their accounts in real time. A paperless billing feature of that system is now being initiated. In 2014, customers will be able to schedule and store payment preferences.

Users of the old paperless billing service need to complete the registration process in the new utility billing system to utilize the paperless billing feature. To sign up, customers should register at GoColumbiaMo.com to use the new system and choose “Go Paperless” to activate the new feature.
