COLUMBIA, MO (February 21, 2013) - The ARC (Activity & Recreation Center) will open at 9 a.m. on Friday. Staff is determining the opening time of the pool for recreational swim; please call the facility at 874-7700 after 9 a.m. tomorrow for more information.
