Update on Shooting at Texas Avenue and Garth Avenue

COLUMBIA, MO (July 3, 2013) - On 7/3/13 at 2:58 P.M., the second vehicle a blue Chrysler involved in the shooting has been located abandoned in the 1900 block of Jackson Street. The vehicle has been damaged by gunfire. 

 

Update on the male victim: he has a non life threatening injury.

 

  The investigation is still ongoing. Information will be released once it becomes available. 

 

 If anyone has any information about this shooting please contact the Columbia Police Department or Crime Stoppers at (573)875-TIPS to remain anonymous.
