Columbia Transit offers Free ridership oppertunities this week as part of Bike, Walk & Wheel Week

COLUMBIA, MO (May 14, 2013) - As part of Bike, Walk & Wheel Week, Columbia Transit is sponsoring "Try Transit Day" by offering free rides on all transit routes on Thursday, May 16. If you haven't tried transit lately, this is a great opportunity to see how you can help reduce traffic, reduce fuel consumption, and to be able to sit back and relax on your way to work, leisure activities, or shopping excursions.

Columbia Transit is also sponsoring "Bike is your ticket to ride" the week of May 13. Your bike is your ticket for a free ride all week on any Columbia Transit route. Simply place your bike in the convienent racks on the front of the bus and hop on board - FREE!
