Shooting On North Ann With One Dead

COLUMBIA, MO (May 19, 2013) -                               SHOOTING ON NORTH ANN WITH ONE DEAD

 

 On 5/19/13 at approximately 3:12 A.M., officers were dispatched to a shots fired in the area of 500 N. Ann Street. Officers arrived on scene and discovered the victim, 25 year old Brandon R. Coleman of Columbia had been shot. Coleman was transported by ambulance to University Hospital and was later pronounced dead at the hospital.

 

The Criminal Investigative Division was called to the scene of the shooting. The investigation revealed some type of disturbance was occurring prior to Coleman being shot. Investigators believe they have all persons involved in the disturbance/shooting and they are currently conducting interviews.  No arrests have been made at this time and the investigation is ongoing.
