Anderson Avenue Sanitary Sewer Project

COLUMBIA, MO (November 5, 2013) - The City of Columbia Public Works Department announced today that beginning Monday, Nov. 11, at 7 a.m., Schlacks Construction of Fulton, Mo., will begin construction of the Anderson Avenue Sanitary Sewer Project. This work will temporarily close Anderson Avenue between Broadway and Ash Street. All homes in this area will remain accessible. The sanitary sewer project should be completed in early spring. Motorists and pedestrians are urged to exercise extreme caution when in the construction area and use an alternate route whenever possible.
