Fairview Road lane restrictions from Malibu Ct to Chapel Hill - April 11 through 17

COLUMBIA, MO (April 4, 2014) -  

Beginning Monday, April 7 at 7:00 am. the Public Works Street Department will begin street repairs on Fairview Road.  The work being performed is to repair road bed issues prior to a mill and overlay of the driving surface later this year. This work may cause  lane restrictions on Fairview Road between Malibu Court and Chapel Hill Road.  The work is scheduled to be completed by Friday, April 11 at 5:00 p.m., weather permitting. 

We will monitor the work closely for delays and adjust as needed to as not to compound the traffic issues due to the Scott Blvd closure.

Motorists and non-motorized transportation users are urged to exercise extreme caution when in the construction area and use an alternate route whenever possible.
