Water line project closes Conley Avenue at 4th Street 

COLUMBIA, MO (April 28, 2014) - On Tuesday, April 29 at 7:30 am, Columbia Water & Light will be installing a new water main on Conely Avenue at 4th Street. The intersection of these two roads will be closed so drivers will need to detour around the area. Motorists are urged to be cautious when traveling in the area. Weather permitting; the intersection should be opened by 5:00 pm.
