Columbia Public Works - Road Work Notices - Week of December 1

COLUMBIA, MO (December 1, 2014) - Beginning Tuesday, December 2 in the morning hours, Columbia Public Works Street Department will begin crack seal maintenance on S Old Highway 63 between Shepard Boulevard and Grindstone Parkway. This will result in possible delays on S Old Highway 63. The work associated with the crack seal maintenance should be completed by Friday, December 5 at 3:30 p.m. weather permitting.

Beginning Monday, December 1, 7:00 a.m., Emery, Sapp, and Sons will begin the construction of entrances into the Villages of Bedford Walk. This work will result in lane shifts on Bethel Street between Nifong Boulevard and Sudbury Drive. The work should be completed and street fully reopened by Tuesday, December 30, by 5:00 p.m. 

Motorists and non-motorized transportation users are urged to exercise extreme caution when in the work zone and use an alternate route whenever possible.
