Arrest Made In First Degree Burglary On Godas Drive

COLUMBIA, MO (July 29, 2014) - ARREST MADE IN FIRST DEGREE BURGLARY ON GODAS DRIVE

 

On 7/28/14 at 11:27 P.M., officers were dispatched to the 1300 block of Godas Drive in reference to a disturbance.  The investigation revealed Marcus Clark used a propane tank to break the window and entered the residence. When Clark entered the residence, the female victim took off running out of the residence.  Clark then took a juvenile female victim, age 7 months old, and left the scene.  Officers located Marcus Clark and the female victim on Newton Drive. The female victim is related to Clark and was unharmed. Clark was arrested for Burglary in the First Degree with a to be set bond, Parental Kidnapping with a bond of $4,500.00, and Property Damage in the Second Degree with a bond of $500.00.
