Third Avenue Lane Closure - March 12

COLUMBIA, MO (March 10, 2014) - Beginning Wednesday, March 12 at 7:00 a.m., NW Industries will begin excavation on Third Avenue to remove and replace a sanitary sewer lateral at 14 Third Avenue.  This work will result in a lane closure of Third Avenue between Garth Avenue and Grand Avenue.  The work is scheduled to be completed and the street fully reopened by Wednesday, March 12 by 5:00 p.m. weather permitting.

Motorists and pedestrians are urged to exercise extreme caution when in the construction area and use an alternate route whenever possible.
