COLUMBIA, MO (October 20, 2014) - WHO:   Columbia/Boone County Department of Public Health and Human Services in conjunction with the Office of Emergency Management, Columbia Fire Department, Boone County Fire Protection District, MU Police Department,  University of Missouri Health System, and Columbia Public Schools
