Shots Fired On Grindstone Plaza

COLUMBIA, MO (September 23, 2014) - SHOTS FIRED ON GRINDSTONE PLAZA

 

 

On 9/23/14 at 2:03 A.M., officers were dispatched to the 1400 block of Grindstone Plaza, The Den Apartment Complex, in reference to multiple phone calls of shots fired in the area. The investigation revealed an unknown black male fired a handgun numerous times into a parked, unoccupied vehicle in front of building 1414. Officers located multiple shell casings in the parking lot near the vehicle struck by gunfire. There were no reports of anyone injured. There is no suspect information at this time and the investigation is ongoing.
