ARMED ROBBERY EARLY THIS MORNING IN THE 1100 BLOCK OF HAMILTON WAY

COLUMBIA, MO (April 19, 2015) - On 4/19/15 at 2:26 A.M., officers were dispatched to the 1100 block of Hamilton Way in reference to a robbery with a gun.

 

The investigation revealed two female victims were walking home and were approached by a black male suspect. The suspect displayed a gun and demanded money. The victims provided the suspect an undisclosed amount of money and the suspect then fled the scene in an unknown direction of travel. The victims were not injured during the robbery. The investigation is on-going.

 

Suspect Description: Black male in his late 20's with a tall and heavy build.
