Stephens Lake Concert Series: BXR Acoustic Showcase

COLUMBIA, MO (August 4, 2015) - The next performance in Columbia Parks and Recreation’s Stephens Lake Amphitheater Concert Series is this Thursday. The BXR Radio Acoustic Artist Showcase will be held at 7 p.m. on August 6.

 

This month’s event is sponsored by 102.3 BXR. The line-up features: the Woodsmiths, Dave Dearnley, and Josh & Becca Ray.

 

The concert is free of charge. Concert-goers are encouraged to bring a blanket or lawn chair for seating. Concessions will be available; smoking and glass containers are prohibited at the Amphitheater.

 

The Concert Series features a free performance from May through September. The next concert will feature Violet and the Undercurrents on September 3.

 

The Amphitheater Concert Series is sponsored throughout the summer by KPLA 101.5. For more information, call Parks and Recreation at 874-7460.
