Go Around the World at Next Family Fun Fest

COLUMBIA, MO (August 14, 2015) - Travel the globe with dancing, games, music and more at the next Family Fun Fest! This month’s event, Around the World, is set from 6 to 8 p.m. on August 19 at Cosmo Park. Performers include:

 

6:15-6:45 pm: Jabberwocky Studios

7:00-7:30 pm: Friends of China

7:30-8:00 pm: Buds of Peace

 

The Fun Fests feature a new theme each month and offer free entertainment for the entire family such as music, special performances, art activities, bounce-houses, hands-on activities, face painting and fun for all ages. Also, kids will have the chance to check out a fire truck from the City of Columbia and the Daniel Boone Regional Library Bookmobile.

 

The presenting/featured sponsors of Around the World are Missouri Care and TigerSide Intergenerational Preschool. The Family Fun Fest series is sponsored by the Convention & Visitors Bureau, KPLA 101.5, KOMU TV8 and Rockin’ Rents Inflatables.
