SHOTS FIRED NEAR PARK AVENUE AND FIFTH STREET

COLUMBIA, MO (August 15, 2015) - On 8/15/15 at 2:00 A.M., officers were patrolling the area when they heard multiple shots being fired near Park Avenue and Fifth Street.

 

Upon officers’ arrival, they located shell casings in the area and were advised of a white SUV leaving the area at a high rate of speed after the shots were fired. There were no reported injuries or property damage from the fired shots. The investigation is on-going.
