CPD ASKING FOR THE COMMUNITY’S HELP IN LOCATING AN ARMED ROBBERY SUSPECT

COLUMBIA, MO (August 28, 2015) - The Columbia Police Department is requesting the community’s help with information and tips leading to the arrest of an armed robbery suspect.

For several weeks, Edward Earl Wall, 42, of Columbia has been a Most Wanted subject, being featured on CPD’s Facebook and Twitter page, as well as the CrimeStoppers website. Efforts of locating and apprehending Wall have been unsuccessful.

On 7/27/15, the Boone County Court issued a warrant for the arrest of Wall in connection to the 5/2/15 armed robbery and shooting of a delivery man in the 1500 block of Towne Drive. Wall is wanted for Robbery in the First Degree, Armed Criminal Action, and Unlawful Use of a Weapon with a bond of $150,000.00. Wall may be armed and is considered dangerous.

Anyone with any information regarding Wall is asked to contact Detective Jon Voss with the Columbia Police Department at (573) 874-7652, or call CrimeStoppers at (573) 875-TIPS (8477) to remain anonymous.

We sincerely appreciate the community’s assistance with information leading to the apprehension of this suspect and helping keep Columbia streets safe.

*Suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in the Court of law.
