Community Foundation presenting 2015 grant awards

COLUMBIA, MO (December 10, 2015) - Who: The Community Foundation of Central Missouri will present 2015 competitive grant award checks to seven local nonprofit organizations, namely,

Mary Lee Johnston Community Learning Center

Columbia Access Television

Phoenix Programs

Services for Independent Living

Columbia Art League

Family Health Center and

MU Adult Day Connection

Representatives from CFCM and each organization will be present. 

What: The grants are awarded to these seven organizations from a group of 29 applications.

When: Monday, Dec. 14, 2015, at 9 a.m.

Where: The Walton Building community room (300 S. Providence, Chamber of Commerce, OCA, CVB building)

Why: The grants will help provide a variety of needed and life-enriching services in central Missouri. Please see details in the related press release which will be published Friday.
